Carpet Call are a family owned and operated franchise Business, who have a well-established Brand Equity in the flooring and blinds market. 

The challenge facing Carpet Call was to grow reach and awareness across the homewares and accessories categories, for a traditionally ‘flooring’ company. 

Sentius developed a digital marketing strategy for Carpet Call, with a focus on Paid and Organic Social to shape perceptions and positioning for Carpet Call as “Home is Haven”.

Cheap as Chips Cleaning came to Sentius with a need to elevate digital presence amidst a digital-first marketing landscape, where competition and consumer options increase frequently. 

The commoditised market meant that Cheap as Chips Cleaning had to enhance their digital footprint in specific geographical territories across Victoria, so that they did not lose market share during the industry’s digital transformation. 

Sentius worked with Cheap as Chips Cleaning to deploy an enterprise and innovative programmatic SEO campaign, to produce service-location based pages at scale, achieving mass presence and discovery via Google search. 

This was supplemented with a sophisticated Google Ads campaign to leverage Radio placements and capture high intent consumer searches.

During a time where retail shopping was made unavailable due to the global pandemic, Kennedy needed a solution that would drive customers to their online store, and continue to generate revenue.

Sentius pivoted the campaign focus from in-store visits to e-Commerce website traffic. This was achieved by launching new paid media shopping campaigns and upweighting budgets to deliver these ads to a market with increased search demand.

To ensure the right audiences were found, Sentius used Kennedy's customer database to generate remarketing lists and customer match lists – and supported the bottom of funnel activity through Display Carousels to support with rich visual touchpoints.
